Can I get a full refund?
Our Refund Policy varies slightly by booking platform. In general, we will provide a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your reservation was scheduled to begin.
What if I am not sure how long I am staying?
That is okay! NYC requires a minimum stay of 30 nights; if you may need to stay longer, but cannot commit at first, we will happily accept renewal requests mid-stay, just notify us!
